Role Overview:As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients across the GCC market. You will play a critical role in identifying key decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and positioning our SaaS offerings as the ideal solution.
Key Responsibilities: - Proactively generate and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other creative prospecting techniques.
- Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders across industries in the GCC market (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman).
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and align SaaS solutions to their business goals.
- Schedule product demos with sales engineers or account executives.
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and client interactions using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Collaborate closely with marketing and customer success teams to create seamless customer experiences.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for outbound outreach, qualified opportunities, and pipeline development.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and regional business challenges.
