We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated “Organizational Development (OD) Supervisor” to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:



Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance overall performance and effectiveness within the company. Manage and implement OD programs focused on talent development, change management, and employee engagement. Develop and execute strategies for leadership development, succession planning, and workforce capability enhancement. Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to identify organizational challenges and design effective interventions. Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and agile in driving growth.

Qualifications



5-8 years in OD, Talent Management, or related fields. Fluency in spoken and written English language. Strong in change management, organizational design, and employee development. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration. Skilled in data analysis and performance management.
