Job Description
SWATX is looking for an Oracle IAM Specialist who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's identity and access management solutions. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the security and compliance of the organization's IT infrastructure and applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Identity Management Suite (OIM) and Oracle Access Manager (OAM) solutions.
- Configure and manage user provisioning, role management, access policies, and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
- Integrate OIM and OAM with other enterprise applications, databases, and systems.
- Develop and maintain custom integrations and workflows using scripting languages (e.g., Java, Groovy, Python).
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues.
- Participate in security audits and compliance reviews.
- Stay current on the latest IAM technologies and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other IT teams.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IAM policies and procedures.
- Document all IAM configurations and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Identity Management Suite (OIM) and Oracle Access Manager (OAM).
- Strong understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.
- Experience with integrating IAM solutions with other enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Java, Groovy, or Python.
- Knowledge of security protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions (e.g., Oracle Identity Cloud Service) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications:
- Oracle Identity Management Certified Implementation Specialist
- Oracle Access Manager Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred)
