Job Description

What You’ll Do:


  • Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules to meet business needs.
  • Provide L1 and L2 technical support for Core HR, Absences, Talent Management, Compensation, ICP, ORC, and OTL.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, document, and escalate unresolved problems.
  • Collaborate with HR to implement quarterly system upgrades and patches.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain reports, including OTBI and customized reports, to deliver actionable insights.
  • Train end-users, create user guides, and assist with system navigation.
  • Participate in project initiatives for HCM enhancements or new module implementations.

What You'll Need:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or a related field.
  • Around 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM (Fusion, EBS) implementation and support.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, and OTBI.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Absences, Talent Management, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
