Develop and implement business solutions leveraging industry, function, and business expertise.
Deliver functional and application designs.
Ensure solutions represent current and future business requirements.
 

Technical Qualifications 

• 5+ years in Oracle cloud HCM implementation experiences.

  
  

• 5+ years of experience in HCM Cloud applications (i.e. Oracle HCM Cloud, talent management, payroll)

  
  

• Experience in the whole lifecycle of a cloud implementation project.

  
  

• Providing technical guidance for troubleshooting Oracle HCM Applications

  
  

• Knowledge of SQL and PL-SQL is an asset.

  
  

Other Qualifications:

• Strong English written/verbal communications.

  
  

• Self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment. 

  
  

• Willing to travel to customer sites on a regular basis.

  
  

• Experience in working as part of Global/ Matrixed/ Remote teams. 

  
  

• Self-driven, ability to work under minimal supervision.

  
  

• Excellent Analytical skills.
