Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with up to 4 years of experience to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to optimize HR processes and ensure smooth system functionality.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Work on Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits configurations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support data migration, testing, and validation during system deployments.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional support to end-users.
- Develop reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
- Ensure system security and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Provide training and user support for HR teams and stakeholders.
