Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Application Development:
  • Design and develop applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX) to meet organizational requirements.
  • Optimize application performance and conduct thorough testing to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  1. AI Integration:
  • Develop solutions leveraging Artificial Intelligence technologies such as Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Integrate AI models into applications to enable intelligent features and improve processes.
  1. API Development and Integration:
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless integration with external systems.
  • Ensure secure and efficient data exchange through APIs.
  1. HL7 FHIR Compliance:
  • Develop solutions that align with HL7 FHIR standards to support healthcare data exchange and interoperability.
  • Implement and manage FHIR resources for efficient electronic health data exchange.
  1. Data Management and Reporting:
  • Design and optimize database structures using Oracle Database.
  • Create custom reports and analytics to meet user requirements.
  1. Team Support and Collaboration:
  • Provide technical support to end-users and address application issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business needs

Skills

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  1. Professional Experience:
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in developing applications with Oracle APEX.
  • Demonstrated expertise in API integration and familiarity with HL7 FHIR standards.
  1. Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Oracle APEX and PL/SQL.
  • Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of HL7 FHIR standards and healthcare integration.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and tools such as Python, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong skills in database design and management using Oracle Database.
  1. Additional Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.
