Operations Team Member II



Purpose of the Job



Job Description



Verify and review shipping documents such as air waybills, customs declarations, and manifests Provide updates on shipment status and handling service requests or complaints. Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Ability to work night shifts as required.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education



Bachelor’s degree in logistics or any relevant field. 1-3 years of experience in the same field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and English.
