Job Description:
We are hiring "Operations Supervisor" for our sister company, NOK Courier for shipping and postal services.
Location: Maadi.
Job Description:
· Supervise and coordinate the warehouse's daily operations, including inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping.
·Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
· Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.
·Develop and implement processes for efficient warehouse organization, including using storage space, inventory control, and equipment.
·Optimize inventory flow by managing stock levels, ensuring accurate order picking, and minimizing stock discrepancies.
·Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring shipments are processed accurately and on time.
·Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipment, and warehouse activities using warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software.
Requirements:
.Bachelors degree.
· 3+ years of experience in the same field
·Excellent English level.
·Proficiency in Excel.
·High Communication Skills.
