As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Operations Specialist (Data Collection) to support our data-driven initiatives and ensure the smooth execution of operations across various projects.
Overview: An Operations Specialist (Data Collection) will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing data to optimize operational processes. This role involves working closely with different departments to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of data collection processes to help improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and compile data from various internal and external sources (e.g., RFID systems, operational databases, sensors, reports).
Organize and maintain databases, ensuring all data is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date.
Clean, validate, and structure data to ensure completeness and quality across all operational platforms.
Analyze data using statistical methods and software to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Create reports and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
Develop dashboards and performance metrics to track operational success and inform decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions for operational improvements.
Provide actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data collection, analysis, and reporting practices.
Monitor data quality and address any discrepancies or gaps in the data collection process.
Assist in streamlining data collection processes and ensuring smooth integration with operational systems.
You will be needed for both indoor and outdoor missions/fieldwork
What We’re Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in data entry or as a call center representative is preferred.
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and emotional intelligence.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Proficient in conducting thorough research online.
Willingness to perform both indoor and outdoor duties as part of the role.
Working Conditions:
Work Location: Zahraa Al Maadi
Working Hours: 8 AM – 4 PM
Working Days: 5 Working Days
Day Off: Fridays & Saturdays
