- Proficient in CRM and performance systems
- Negotiation Skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing detailed itineraries.
- Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as necessary.
- Coordinate meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems and records efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
