About the role


  • You will manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, procurement coordination, and ensuring system compliance. Key responsibilities include conducting stock counts, analyzing material usage, and tracking fleet performance. You’ll also provide regular reports, address discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

What you'll do


  • Warehouse Operations Management: Ensure proper opening and closing of the spare parts warehouse, timely issuance of materials, and alignment between physical stock and system records.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct daily and monthly stock counts, resolve discrepancies, and send detailed inventory reports covering stock levels, consumption trends, and coverage days.
  • Procurement Coordination: Submit purchase requests for materials, track approvals, and follow up with the procurement team on pricing discrepancies, returns, and system updates.
  • System Compliance: Ensure all spare parts and materials are logged into the system before issuance, with exceptions escalated to the manager via email.
  • Consumption Analysis: Calculate daily and monthly material usage, prepare procurement plans for 2–3 months of stock, and coordinate with the procurement team for cost efficiency.
  • Fleet Monitoring: Track inspection fleet vehicles for compliance, including usage, speeding, fuel consumption, and GPS connectivity, and report violations promptly.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Provide daily reports on warehouse transactions, inventory levels, and fleet violations, ensuring clear and actionable insights.
  • Communication and Issue Resolution: Address warehouse-related challenges with workshops, procurement, and system administrators using official communication channels.

Who you are


  • 4+ years of experience in warehouse and supplies management, fleet management, or a similar operational role, with a focus on inventory control, auditing, and fleet operations.
  • Ability to analyze and improve operational processes related to warehouse management, inventory control, fleet management, and auditing practices to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Strong people management and organizational skills, with experience in overseeing warehouse teams, managing supplies, and coordinating fleet operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively coordinate with teams, vendors, and stakeholders involved in warehouse and fleet operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies, supply chain interruptions, and fleet maintenance.
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven, ensuring that all inventory records, audits, and fleet performance metrics are accurate and up to date.
  • Project management experience is a plus, particularly in the context of improving warehouse operations, implementing new supply chain processes, or optimizing fleet management strategies.
