Job Description

  • Responsible for fulfilling Chefaa day-to-day orders Including following up with patients and providers for order confirmation or handling any issues.
  • Provide feedback related to providers within our network.
  • Follow up with our customers through Chefaa channels, answer questions, and resolve their issues.
  • Support operations flow through Chefaa’s tools.
  • Coordinate with different departments to achieve optimal quality across operation flow.
  • Optimize operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
  • Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to operation flow.
  • Perform additional duties where needed.
