Responsibilities:



Partnering with key stakeholders to understand and prioritize analytics needs, focusing on critical metrics and KPIs that impact business outcomes. Proactively analyzing data to answer strategic questions, identifying factors that drive business performance and recommending areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity. Monitoring key financial metrics and operational KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to define performance targets and improvement initiatives. Creating performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to track progress towards organizational goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Supporting business planning processes and strategic decision-making through comprehensive data analysis and insightful reporting. Running daily meetings with countries’ stakeholders and drive their CTA and accountability.

Requirements:



0-2 years of experience in business analytics preferably E-commerce operations', Logistics & Fulfilment. Proficient in data analytics tools (SQL, Python & etc...). Leadership skills.* Problem-solving skills & growth mindset.
