Responsibilities:


  • Partnering with key stakeholders to understand and prioritize analytics needs, focusing on critical metrics and KPIs that impact business outcomes.
  • Proactively analyzing data to answer strategic questions, identifying factors that drive business performance and recommending areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitoring key financial metrics and operational KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to define performance targets and improvement initiatives.
  • Creating performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to track progress towards organizational goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Supporting business planning processes and strategic decision-making through comprehensive data analysis and insightful reporting.
  • Running daily meetings with countries’ stakeholders and drive their CTA and accountability.

Requirements:


  • 0-2 years of experience in business analytics preferably E-commerce operations', Logistics & Fulfilment.
  • Proficient in data analytics tools (SQL, Python & etc...).
  • Leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving skills & growth mindset.
