Job Description
Oversee Daily Operations:

- Hire, onboard, and retain skilled talent to ensure the operations team is effectively staffed.
Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency across departments.
- Implement lean management practices, cost-saving measures, and tools that drive operational performance.
- Review and assess business processes regularly to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage the operational budget, ensuring the efficient use of resources and staying within financial targets.
- Monitor expenses, identify areas for cost reduction, and make recommendations to improve profitability.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
Supply Chain and Logistics Management:
- Coordinate logistics to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor supply chain activities to avoid disruptions and maintain business continuity.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and ensure the achievement of targets.
- Monitor, track, and report operational data, such as productivity rates, efficiency levels, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on operational performance and areas for improvement.
Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:

Compliance and Quality Control:

Customer Satisfaction:

Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
