Operations Manager

An operations Manager is a professional who ensures that everything runs smoothly from one day to another. They maximize processes and procedures efficiency while meeting customer expectations in terms of cost-effectiveness.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, efficient and cost-effective way while solving immediate issues and operational challenges.
• Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.
• Helping the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
• Procuring material and resources while securing compliance of process.
• Finding ways to increase quality of:

customer service: (oversee client satisfaction, guide teams to meet client expectations and standards)

product development: (Perform quality controls, monitor production KPIs)

• Plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
• Include formulating short-term strategy, operational objectives & improving performance accordingly.
• Lead & mentor their team development to meet company & business objectives (short and long term)

Work with cross departments teams ensuring a healthy flow of organizational effectiveness

In regard to financial responsibilities, they are asked to develop plans to achieve the top management strategy operationally:

• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
