 Job Title: Operations Engineer (Garment Industry)
 Location: Shubra El-Kheima, Egypt
 Work Schedule: 6 working days per week | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Operations Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong engineering background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for optimizing production processes in the garment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Oversee and improve daily operations in garment manufacturing facilities.
  • Technology Implementation: Deploy and maintain Garment IO’s smart factory solutions, ensuring smooth integration with production lines.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Track system performance, identify inefficiencies, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyze production data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Training & Support: Educate factory staff on system usage, best practices, and efficiency-boosting techniques.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, engineers, and management to enhance operational workflows.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in garment manufacturing.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields).
  • Experience: Prior experience in garment manufacturing, production operations, or industrial automation is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with factory teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic production environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Location: Must be available to work on-site in Shubra El-Kheima
