The Operations Engineer will play a pivotal role in building positive client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with Garment IO's services. This dynamic role involves managing and monitoring accounts, providing technical assistance, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities
  • Support factories with training, issue handling and responding to inquiries
  • Analyze new factory requirements and document them
  • Conduct frequent factory visits for consultancy, support and training
  • Maintain effective, prompt and accurate communication with all factories
  • Map pre-deployment manufacturing processes for new factories
  • Coordinate with Admin to maintain accurate records of equipment, devices and hardware
  • Coordinate hardware and equipment deliveries to factories and issue their delivery receipts

Requirements
  • +2 years of experience in account management or Engineering 
  • A Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering is a Must.
  • Willingness to travel to factories in Egypt and abroad on short-term assignments
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic & English
  • Effective and organized online and face-to-face communication skills
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with diverse groups from different backgrounds
  • Ability and persistence to work alone in large factories
  • Strong time management capabilities
  • Dedication and commitment to deliverables
Preferred Skills
  • Driver’s license and car (transportation is subsidized by Garment IO)
  • Background in manufacturing or process engineering
  • Previous leadership or volunteer experience
