Talent 360 is hiring an Operation Engineer for one of our client, with the following requirements :Responsibility:-Support factories with training, issue handling, and responding to inquiries-Analyze new factory requirements and document them-Conduct frequent factory visits for consultancy, support, and training- Maintain effective, prompt, and accurate communication with all factories-Map pre-deployment manufacturing processes for new factories- Coordinate with Admin to maintain accurate records of equipment, devices and hardware-Coordinate hardware and equipment deliveries to factories and issue their delivery receiptsRequirements:- +2 years of experience in account management or Deployment Engineer- A Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering is a Must.- Willingness to travel to factories in Egypt and abroad on short-term assignments- Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic & English- Effective and organized online and face-to-face communication skills- Ability to maintain positive relationships with diverse groups from different backgrounds- Ability and persistence to work alone in large factories-Strong time management capabilities- Dedication and commitment to deliverablesWork Conditions:- From Sunday to Thursday - Friday and Saturday are off- Flexible working hours-Work Location: Elsheikh Zayed
