About the role

As an Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring Thndr’s offices are well-run, enjoyable, and productive environments. 


You’ll manage office operations in Egypt (in-person) while supporting our KSA & UAE offices remotely. From keeping the space clean and stocked to organizing events and improving in-person collaboration, you’ll create a workplace that helps our team thrive.

What you'll do

Keep the office running smoothly – Ensure the Egypt office is always clean, stocked, and well-maintained, while supporting KSA & UAE offices remotely.


Manage office workers and vendors – Oversee cleaners, baristas, security, and maintenance teams to maintain a high standard.


Make the office enjoyable – Improve the workspace to boost happiness and productivity, ensuring coffee, food, and supplies are top-notch.


Support in-person meetings – Ensure meeting rooms, screens, and setups work smoothly for both in-office and remote collaboration.


Organize team events & meetups – Plan fun and engaging office events, social gatherings, and internal meetups.


Proactively improve the workspace – Constantly look for ways to make the office better and more efficient based on employee feedback.
What you'll need

Experience in office management, workplace operations, or facilities management.


Super organized and detail-oriented – You love keeping things in order and running smoothly.


Great communication skills – You work well with vendors, employees, and leadership.


Problem-solver mindset – You take initiative and fix things before they become problems.


Ability to manage multiple locations – Comfortable handling in-person needs in Egypt while remotely supporting KSA & UAE offices.


Experience planning office events & improving workplace environments is a plus.


Interview Process

1- Screening Call – Initial conversation with the People Team to understand experience and fit.
2- Deep Dive Interview – A more in-depth discussion with the People Team on competencies and expectations.
3- Assessment – Spend a few hours in the role to showcase problem-solving, organization, and execution.
4- Final Interview with CEO – A discussion to assess alignment with the CEO’s needs.
