Talent 360 is hiring Office Manager for one of its clients
Expected Job Role
Administrative Oversight: Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
Scheduling and Coordination: Organize meetings and appointments, and assist in the planning of company events or conferences.
Office Layout and Supplies: Oversee the office layout, order necessary stationery and equipment, and ensure the office remains in excellent condition.
Policy Implementation: Collaborate with the HR department to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with office vendors, service providers, and landlords, ensuring all items are invoiced and paid on time.
Budget Management: Oversee the office budget, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Employee Support: Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Onboarding Assistance: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information.
Facility Liaison: Coordinate with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g., fax machines and printers).
Experience in the construction or real estate development industry.
Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang.
Additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields.
