Job Description

Manage and coordinate the planning, implementation and participation in all country field operations activities to achieve both long-term and short-term business objectives Develop and achieve Market Share targets in accordance with the country business plan Be responsible for the effective and appropriate implementation of resources and activities by the field operations team so as to achieve efficient area coverage and market penetration with optimal manpower support Collaborate with the Brand Management Team in the development and execution of the marketing plan Ensure own strict adherence and compliance, as well as that of his Medical Delegates and their activities, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country codes.
