Job Description
The IT
Network Support Specialist is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and
troubleshooting the network and infrastructure. This role ensures
the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless
network services. The specialist will collaborate closely with the Internet
Service Providers’ NOC team and the Global Network Support Team within the
organization to ensure high availability and 24/7 network operations.
Additionally, the specialist will work with other IT staff to resolve network
issues and implement new network solutions.
- Continuously monitor network performance and security using various tools and systems.
- Diagnose and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems, hardware failures, and software malfunctions.
- Respond to network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, patch management, and hardware upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of network configurations, changes, and incidents.
- Work with other IT teams to support network-related projects and initiatives.
- Provide technical support to internal customers, ensuring timely resolution of network issues.
- Ensure network operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in network support or a similar role.
- Good English level.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are preferred.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VOIP).
- Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of network security best practices.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
