Job Description

Supervise network and security administrators
Adhere KPI's and SLA's
Administration and Support of the company's internal network and security infrastructure.
Maintaining and administrating the company's passive/Power infrastructure
Administer Avaya Call center Solution
manage policies for the operation of the LAN/WAN environments
Apply Internal and group security standards and requirements
Comply to audits

Minimum 6 years' experience in IT field
Experience of working with development team, business/system analysts and function managers
Experience in technical documentation
Experience in Database modeling like entity relationship.
Good experience in executing requirements
Experience in Web Service Modelisation
Knowledge in IT architecture (TOGAF is preferred)
Knowledge of modeling tool (ex. Visio) and artifacts UML, XSD, WDSL
Basic knowledge of the insurance business
Basic understanding of market practices/business processes
