Job Description

Aufgaben Business Management & Retail Financial Analysis:
  • Collection of financial results from retail network.
  • Ensure adequate dealers' financial evaluation on quarterly basis.
  • Fixed timely reporting of the results to headquarter and direct manager.
  • Maintain a regular financial risk assessment to measure the company's own risk for fast actions and decision-making.
  • Review & analyze dealers' financial business plans on yearly base
Cost of Retail
  • Analyze retail cost factors and drivers.
  • Suggest retail cost efficiency measures.
  • Fixed timely reporting of the results to headquarter and direct manager.
Business Development and Steering
  • Compile target achievement (based on inputs from business units) and communicate to retail network business partners and ensure formal closing of the process.
  • Follow-up and coordinate margin and bonus payment.
Departmental Contractual agreements, Purchase Requisition/Orders processing:
  • Supplier selection/registration and contracts renewals.
  • Support in procurement process from documentation prospective / required signatures .
  • Suppliers Annual PO's and invoicing.
ISO - Departmental Documentation Co-ordination:
  • Assisting coworkers in preparing & updating departmental Processes.
  • Coordinating with Operational Excellence regarding the departmental processes.
  • ISO Documents Consolidation and availability on SharePoint.
Qualifikationen Training and qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration majored in Finance or Accounting.
Technical knowledge:
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • Awareness of automotive business models and financial structure
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications

  • Strong verbal and communication skills

Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience in finance within the Automotive industry.
