    • Manage and administer cisco IP Telephony network that include cisco call manager (CUCM), Cisco unity connection (CUC), IM and Presence and Expressway for MRA.
    • Manage, configure and troubleshoot cisco voice gateways for branches connection with PSTN through (PRIs and FXOs).
    • Manage and administer Video conference solution that include Jabber Guest, Cisco webex meeting server (CWMS), Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) and Video Endpoints.
    • Manage, configure and troubleshoot cisco contact center enterprise (UCCE), CVP, PGs, HDS and Roggers.
    • Manage, configure and troubleshoot Zoom/Eleveo call recording.
    • Deep understanding and troubleshooting different VoIP protocols “H323, MGCP, SIP”
    • Handle project documentation, planning and user guides.
    • Support end users’ issues regarding IP phone registration, Extension Mobility,  PSTN External calling, Cisco finesse login, Cisco Jabber, MRA and Voice Mail.
    • Support call center and call recording issues (Call routing, IVR, Finesse, CUIC Reports and Eleveo call recording).
