.NET Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect with a strong focus on .NET technologies to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge digital banking solutions, particularly in the mobile banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in agile environments and, preferably, experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market. This role requires occasional short-term travel to client sites.

• Lead the architectural design of .NET-based digital banking platforms with a focus on mobile banking applications.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and secure technical solutions.
  
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
  
• Ensure that architectural solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
  
• Work closely with development teams to guide the implementation of architectural blueprints.
  
• Participate actively in agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance product offerings.
  
• Mentor and provide guidance to developers and other architects within the team.
  
• Conduct architectural reviews and ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.
  
• Be willing to travel on-site for short periods to meet with clients and stakeholders as needed.
  

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development with at least 3 years in a solutions architect role.
  
• Extensive experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, and related technologies.
  
• Strong background in designing and implementing digital banking solutions, especially mobile banking platforms.
  
• Proficient in architectural frameworks and methodologies.
  
• Experience with OpenShift clusters or similar container orchestration platforms.
  
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud.
  
• Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
  
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  
• Proven experience working in agile environments using methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about technology and its business implications.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  

• Previous experience working in or with clients from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
  
• Understanding of KSA's digital banking regulations and market trends.
  
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent.
  
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
