Job Description

Introduction to role


Are you passionate about data analysis and looking to make a significant impact? As a Business Analyst, you will collect, consolidate, check, and analyze Sales and Stock data at the distributor level to update established dashboards in Excel and Power BI. You will monitor KPIs in terms of achievement and growth, sharing insights with relevant departments to improve data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will support the Marketing & Sales team in building accurate forecasts.


Accountabilities
  • Collect and consolidate different sources of data with high accuracy.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Support all departments by sharing the extraction system and analysis requested.
  • Update the Excel & Power BI dashboard on a monthly basis.
  • Communicate insights optimally with partners.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and requests.
  • Develop and improve Excel & Power BI dashboards.
  • Find opportunities for process improvements and chip in to ongoing optimization efforts.
Crucial Skills/Experience
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in a role that requires data analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel & Power BI is a great asset, along with familiarity with presentation software.
  • Solid grasp of coordinated data analysis, data modeling, and ad hoc analysis, showcasing analytical skills, excellent organization, problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and innovative thinking.
  • Unique blend of strategic and tactical skills, requiring multi-functional work with Finance, Marketing, and SFE. Attention to process and detail while drawing "big picture" conclusions and making actionable business recommendations based on an understanding of strategic goals.
  • Good interpersonal skills, written/oral communication, presentation skills, and the ability to communicate technical information.
  • Ability to work optimally with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously in a multifaceted environment, with a desire to learn new technologies and skills.
Desirable Skills/Experience
  • Experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience writing business-related communication.
