We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated National Sales Manager - Diabetes to join our team!



Key Responsibilities:



Drive sales and market share growth for our diabetes product line within the assigned territory. Will be managing a team of 2nd line managers, 1st line managers and Medical Representatives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize market penetration. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and other stakeholders. Provide in-depth product knowledge and training to the sales team and healthcare providers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges. Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Qualifications



Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical sciences or Veterinary Medicine; advanced degree or certifications in healthcare or business is a plus. Minimum of 13 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on diabetes products. At least 4 years as 2nd Line manager with diabetes experience. Strong understanding of the diabetes therapeutic area and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
