What we expect from you:

• Collaborate with art directors and content creators to integrate motion graphics with various multimedia elements
• Create video templates, social media content, and motion graphics for ads
• Edit and mix audio to meet project needs
• Lead motion design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand standards
• Stay current with trends in motion design, AI, and new tools, continuously enhancing team capabilities

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in motion design with a strong, diverse portfolio
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a must, and familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
• Core skills in animating graphics, text, effects, and video editing
• Solid understanding of basic design principles
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and clear articulation of design concepts
• Education in design or video is advantageous
