Job Description



Responsible for financial performance of the MR Business in Egypt, North Africa including Order in-take, sales, Forecast, and profitability.

Your role:



Responsible for driving the targeted business profitably in assigned territory of North Africa.
Drive market share growth of the MRI business in the assigned territory.
Expert on MRI portfolio who supports account managers and partners in driving overall business.
Creates product preference with customers by engaging with them and making compelling product presentations.
Promoting MRI products ,systems and services in customer visits, seminars, and trade shows.
Creating and executing the marketing plan for the assigned modalities.
Ensure successful New products introductions in the market.
Identifies new sources of business to open new areas of business growth.
Deploying programs (including Installed Base programs) to the districts to drive business for the assigned modalities.
Driving the district business by thorough analysis, planning, execution, and review in close cooperation with the District Manager as well as executing corrective actions when required.
Working as part of an account team to ensure results are reached according to account plans.
Providing input in the generation of Order intake & sales forecast
Participating in the district sales planning exercise.
Prepares and delivers accurate business forecasting on a monthly via accurate lead and opportunity management
Drive funnel growth of the MRI portfolio.
Collaborate with the Business Marketing Manager and provide timely information about market trends, competitor’s sales practices and potential projects.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests so that customers find it easy to do business with Philips Healthcare (PH)
Responsible for managing relationships with the key opinion leaders in the markets.
Train the account teams and partners on the product portfolio, value propositions and product positioning. Supports them by providing techno commercial support includes creating right configurations and pricing of the products.
Participates in defining and controlling of the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product/modality to be sold by the BU in the region
Updating stakeholders with customer facing role (e.g. District Managers, Account Managers) on product and market developments
A team of the passionate professionals in the field of imaging system solutions. You would support Business Marketing Manager and local Sales Team in terms of maximize business opportunities within the MR portfolio. You will report to the Modality Sales Specialist Lead.

You're the right fit if:



University degree. Medical educational or biomedical engineering background would be an asset.
You have 7-10 years of relevant MR experience including commercial and clinical fields
5 to 8 years of experience in sales or account management role within medical devices business in healthcare sector
Familiar with matrix, multinational environment is a must.
Experience in and knowledge of Imaging Systems would be an advantage.
Professional knowledge and experience in the usage of relevant marketing and sales techniques
Fluent in English and local language, verbally and in writing, French is a strong asset.
Excellent independent negotiation skills, performed within given guidelines and sales plan.
High level of business acumen
Readiness for intensive traveling.
Good communication and presentation skills
