Mobile Developer Team Leader

SWATX is Hiring: Mobile Team Leader

Location: New Cairo Office
Experience: 5–10 years

• Participate in design and coding activities with team members.
• Develop features as per specifications.
• Estimate development tasks and commit to deadlines.

• Education:
  B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with an IT focus.
• Experience:
  5–10 years in mobile app development and team leadership.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience in developing multiple mobile applications in any programming language.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of Xamarin and/or MAUI (preferred).
• Soft Skills:
  • Critical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication in both Arabic and English.
  • Good interpersonal and research skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and environments.
  • Proficiency in analyzing information and providing recommendations.
  • Capacity to understand tasks communicated verbally or in writing.
