Role Purpose:
To Create, Produce, Present and Deliver data and reporting for the Quality, Risk & Control team. This involves ensuring timely delivery of accurate, well presented risk-based insight and data to support the Quality, Risk and Control strategy and support all Quality forums
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for production of monthly reporting, including Monthly Business Reviews for Customer Services & Operations areas
Accountable for the majority of Quality, Risk & Control data, reporting requests and presentations
Support Quality Coaches/Specialists in the production of required data.
Constantly abide by Data Protection and other data policies when handling data
Ongoing development of Automated Quality Management and the data pulled from it.
Monthly RCC and other key forum outputs.
Where Quality is commissionable, ensure accurate data is utilized
Ownership of all Quality tools including SharePoint’s
