L2 support on the following Technologies: (Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Microsoft SQL ) Managing and operating Microsoft workloads on Managed services customers Process all customer services requests on Microsoft related products. support the professional services team in the implementation and migration projects

Technical Skills
- Expertise in administering, troubleshooting, and migrating Microsoft - - Exchange & Exchange Online.- Proficiency in configuring, managing, and supporting Microsoft SharePoint.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including user management, security, and compliance.- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including database administration, query optimization, and performance tuning.- Ability to operate and manage Microsoft workloads for managed services customers.- Hands-on experience in handling and resolving customer service requests related to Microsoft technologies.- Background in supporting and executing implementation and migration projects for Microsoft solutions.- Understanding of cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks for Microsoft products.- Knowledge of security and compliance best practices within Microsoft environments.
