Job Description

The Microsoft D365 Consultant plays a crucial role in the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for our clients in the management consulting sector. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to effectively address client needs and enhance their operational efficiency. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, configure the D365 platform accordingly, and provide ongoing support and training. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and its application in business processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Microsoft D365 solutions.
  2. Configure and customize Microsoft D365 applications to meet specific client needs.
  3. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the D365 platform.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate D365 with other business systems.
  5. Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance of D365 solutions.
  6. Stay updated on the latest Microsoft D365 features and best practices to provide informed recommendations.
  7. Assist in the development of project documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals.
  8. Participate in project planning and status meetings to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions.
  10. Support post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of D365 solutions.
