Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support Review sales representatives and enhances sales visits plan Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives Receive and report on all sales leads Discuss market, merchant needs and competitions insights Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics Meet the team’s revenue and target contribution Support sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals Build the team structure, keep an eye open on potential calibers& successors and make sure that objectives are clearly defined & understood by the team members

Bachelor's Degree from any discipline. • 3-5 Years of experience in same field 4-5 years in a managerial role
