Our Middle East Assurance practice includes over 2,300 people based in 12 countries across the region and is part of PwC's global network that is operating worldwide. PwC Middle East's Assurance practice combines the right mix of human-led and tech powered solutions to provide our clients with quality audits and other risk services that create confidence and impact in our region and across society.
- What is expected from you?
Your job duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems within the organization.
- Assist and conduct testing to ensure design and operating effectiveness of firm's policies, procedures and controls.
- Adhere to quality management projects timelines and track testing progress by maintaining detailed logs of testing activities and outcomes.
- Identify areas of improvement and communicate with the reviewer
- Communicating with the project manager or in-charge in a timely manner with respect to engagement progress- risks, issues variance from plan terms of time etc..
- Manage and maintain documentation related to quality management systems and testing records
- Taking full ownership to complete delegated tasks
- Ensure adhering to compliance with the risk, quality and independence matters.
- Learn quality management standard and apply at work diligently
- Work closely with Quality management team and ensure quality standards are met and maintained
- Build trust and credibility with business owners by understanding their process and deliver high quality testing results
- Keeping up to date with local, national business and economic issues and contribute to the thinking of the risk implications and implementation of risk mitigation measures, as needed
- Contributing to the development of your own technical acumen and staying up to date with the professional and regulatory changes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality management system.
- Active contribution to successful project management
- Learn tools and techniques around use of quality management systems
You are ambitious and get use of opportunities to grow and develop. In addition, you recognise yourself in the following characteristics:
- A degree in accounting, finance or any other related academic major.
- Completed professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, ACA
- Entry-level position, but relevant internships or coursework in quality management or related areas are beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, documentation tools, and auditing processes.
