MEP Senior Engineer - Electrical Maintenance / Facilities
Job Description
Raya Smart Buildings - Subsidiary from Raya Holding for financial investments - is looking for a skilled MEP Maintenance Senior Engineer specializing in Electrical Maintenance to oversee and manage all electrical maintenance activities within our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all electrical systems, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies.
Job Responsibility:
1. Plan, organize, and oversee all electrical maintenance activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
2. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential electrical problems and recommend solutions.
3. Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance tasks and ensure quality workmanship.
4. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
5. Troubleshoot electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify faults and implement corrective actions.
6. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all electrical maintenance activities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in electrical maintenance or facility management
3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and equipment
4. Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze complex electrical issues
5. Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to electrical maintenance
6. Effective communication and leadership abilities
