Job Description
Raya Smart Buildings, subsidiary from Raya holding for financial investments, is hiring for the Projects and RDD department the following position:
Project Manager who is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of diverse projects.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Organize and lead kick-off meetings to define project goals, roles, and responsibilities. Attend weekly meetings to monitor progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and vendors. Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers, contractors and service providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. Develop feasibility studies to assess the financial and operational viability of potential projects or partnerships. Supervise construction, fit-out, and setup activities for various projects, ensuring adherence to quality and brand standards. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-site challenges in real time. Visit operational locations to ensure compliance with company standards, providing guidance to resolve issues and maintain performance. Monitor and evaluate post-launch performance to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations. Track project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency. Manage financial changes and provide regular updates on project performance. Ensure projects comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to minimize disruptions. Ensure operational readiness for new openings. Conduct final walkthroughs and handovers to operations teams, addressing outstanding issues
Qualifications
Bachelor of engineering in civil or architecture (Arch. / civil)
