The Space management Lead, coordinates and facilitates implementation of space management for Middle East North Africa (MENA) Fulfillment Centres (FC). The space management lead will develop dashboards and metrics decks with tangible feedback and actions to best manage space and improve stow productivity. You report directly to the Regional FC ACES Manager. You will take ownership of stow process and space management.
Key job responsibilities
Support Fulfillment Centre improvement plan to focus best practices to manage space
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Shop-floor affinity and experience in Industrial Engineering, Business Process Engineering, Quality, Operations or Logistics
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and its practical usage
- Wide knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven ability to develop and maintain large scale data bases and ability to evaluate the data sets
- BI sage and SQL experience would also be of benefit
- A strong record of team leadership
- Analytical capabilities
- The ability to translate operational issues into workable solutions
