Job Description
The Medical Operations Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of medical operations. This position is responsible for managing approval issues, facilitating reimbursement requests, and conducting in-depth portfolio analysis to generate consumption reports.
1.Manage approval issues and solve them according to medical guidelines and policy schedule.
2. Submit reimbursement requests and assist members in following up on their requests.
3. Perform portfolio analysis, assessment, and analysis for consumption reports.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration,pharmacy, medicine, or a related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a medical operations (Approvals/Claims) or healthcare management role
- Proven track record in problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
