Talent 360 is hiring Media Planner to our client More AdvertisingAbout our client:We Assist companies with the planning, design, and execution phases of their marketing activities acting as a full services Marketing & Advertising agencyJob Role:Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizationPrepare and present media plans and performance reports to clients and internal teamsCollaborate with account management, creative, and analytics teams to ensure integrated campaign executionStay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging media platforms, and advertising technologiesDevelop comprehensive media strategies and plans to meet client objectives and budgetsConduct market research and analyze media consumption trends to inform planning decisionsEvaluate and recommend appropriate media channels (digital, print, broadcast, out-of-home, etc.) for client campaignsCreate and maintain media schedules, ensuring optimal reach and frequencyNegotiate with media vendors to secure the best rates and added value opportunitiesJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field2-4 years of experience in media planning or buyingStrong understanding of media metrics, audience measurement, and industry tools, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentationsSkills Required :Strong analytical and quantitative skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesPresentation and client-facing skillsCritical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesCreativity in developing innovative media strategiesAttention to detail, especially in budget management and data analysisWork conditions:Location: Beverly, Sheikh ZayedWorking days: Sunday to Thursday working hours: 10 AM till 6 PMDays off: Friday and Saturday
