Coordinate with the finance team to confirm successful budget uploads. Regularly follow up to ensure the budget is accurately reflected in the system.Internal Orders (IO) and Purchase Orders (PO) Creation: Create Internal Orders (IO) and Purchase Orders (PO) across various categories. Ensure proper categorization and documentation of all IOs and POs.Goods Receipts (GR) Processing: Process Goods Receipts (GR) upon receipt from the media agency. Ensure all GRs are accurately and promptly recorded.Invoice Coordination: Follow up with the finance team regarding pending invoices. Collaborate with media agencies to ensure timely submission and processing of invoices.Experiences & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Effective communication skills to work seamlessly with finance teams and media agencies. Familiarity with budget management and financial systems (training will be provided). Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Media, or Marketing.Skills Stakeholder Management – Building strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies. Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in financial processes and documentation.
