Job Description:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of media buyers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Strategic Planning: Design and implement comprehensive media strategies to achieve marketing objectives and maximize ROI.
- Campaign Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Budget Management: Manage the media budget effectively, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-efficiency across campaigns.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to refine future strategies, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Vendor Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and partners, negotiating advantageous contracts and terms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to develop cohesive campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging media channels, and best practices to keep the company competitive.
