Job Description
Job purpose:
The key objective of the Media Buyer & Planner is to create and implement media strategies that effectively promote HPD’s projects. This role involves identifying and targeting the right audience segments across various platforms, including digital, print, outdoor, and broadcast media.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive media plans aligned with marketing objectives and target audiences.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify optimal targeting strategies.
- Set up, manage, and monitor campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring optimal performance and budget allocation.
- Manage allocated budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CTR, CPL, and ROAS.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve efficiency and drive conversions.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager for accurate performance measurement.
- Utilize advanced targeting options such as custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
- Leverage A/B testing and experimentation to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign parameters.
- Stay abreast of the latest features, updates, and best practices within Google, Meta, TikTok, and other advertisng platmorms’ Ads manager.
- Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Utilize Google Data Studio to create visually appealing and informative dashboards for campaign monitoring and reporting.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
