- Issuance of RFQ to suppliers, follow-up of offers, and preliminary review of technical and commercial offers
- Handling technical and commercial negotiations with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations of the contract and the project
- Issuance of TOC, TCO analysis, and decision-making
- Issuance of POs based on Veolia Policy and General Guidelines
- Manage provisions and variations of contracts
- BSc Mechanical Engineering
- 5-8 Years of relevant experience preferably EPC and Contracting
- Negotiation and communication Skills
- Make or Buy analysis skills
- Ability to handle full procurement cycle both foreign and local
- Awareness of TQM and QMS
- ERP user, Oracle preferred, SAP is acceptable
