Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop conveyor systems and production machinery using CAD software
  • Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications for manufacturing
  • Analyze and optimize designs for performance, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during production and installation
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for products and processes
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new technologies into designs

Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in conveyor systems or production machinery
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor)
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes
  • Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and simulation software
  • Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems
  • Understanding of safety standards and regulations in manufacturing environments
  • Experience with project management and product lifecycle management tools
