Job Description

Purpose of the Role 


  • Co-design and implementation of the global Tracking Program across the two sub-programs Incidence Tracker and Brand Tracker  
  • Assistance in managing and organizing day to day operations across business functions 
  • Ensure high quality delivery to client on all levels of the client organization

Accountabilities


(The accountabilities listed below are only indicative, they are not meant to be exhaustive)


  • Being involved in all research related stages like questionnaire development, data analysis, report writing and client presentation to drive the project smooth execution with support of team members or independently (if it’s needed)
  • Ability to manage and lead project execution on own with limited involvement of Senior members; should be proactive in client communications and other stakeholder management in order to efficiently manage project execution.
  • Handle client queries or complaints. Client stakeholder management. Provide advice and consultation to clients and staff.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years relevant working experience. Experience in Market Research with the quantitative research projects is a must
  • Strong client focus
  • Good understanding of offline methodologies for data collection 
  • Ability to understand all technical aspects of the research to carry out internal and client-based conversations
  • Understanding of analysis tools and data interpretation, excellent numerical skills
  • Able to influence and persuade and to develop long term sustainable relationships
  • Displays maturity and creative problem-solving skills in handling crises
  • Able to operate in a multi-cultural environment and handle multiple stakeholders internally and externally
  • Strong communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn, an open mindset & team spirit 
  • Knowledge and exposure to tobacco projects is an added advantage
