Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the master data management platform.
- Responsible for monitoring, measuring, and improving the quality of master data.
- Responsible for entering/over-seeing entry of data in operational systems. Liaise with different teams & data owners to ensure that data is captured accurately and with the right quality.
- Create guidelines for master data structure within the company to ensure consistency in how it is stored, organized, and accessed.
- Enforce the comprehensive data governance framework, including policies, standards, and procedures for managing master data.
- Define, measure, and monitor KPIs for adoption of controlled vocabulary and success of data harmonization and alignment across systems.
- Practice and follow DMBOK standards and guidelines to implement/define data quality and master data initiatives
