Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Recruiter specializing in mass hiring. You will lead high-volume recruitment efforts, manage a team, and develop hiring strategies. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee large-scale recruitment projects. Develop and implement effective hiring strategies. Manage a team of recruiters to ensure hiring goals are met. Use job portals, social media, and referrals to source candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to align hiring needs. Organize and participate in job fairs and hiring events. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs. Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) for streamlined recruitment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency with ATS and HR software. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred:
Experience in BPO, retail, or manufacturing hiring. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle multiple job openings and projects simultaneously.
